我們的Cell Meter 檢測試劑盒是一套用于檢測細(xì)胞生存力的工具，有多種參數(shù)可用于檢測細(xì)胞活力。 該特定試劑盒旨在通過測量磷脂酰絲氨酸（PS）的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)來檢測細(xì)胞凋亡。 在細(xì)胞凋亡中，PS轉(zhuǎn)移到質(zhì)膜的外部小葉。該試劑盒使用與PS特異性結(jié)合的熒光膜聯(lián)蛋白V。 已經(jīng)證明膜聯(lián)蛋白V綴合物選擇性結(jié)合PS。
