在活的非凋亡細(xì)胞中，膜聯(lián)蛋白V-iFluor 488檢測(cè)非誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞中的先天性細(xì)胞凋亡，其通常為所有細(xì)胞的2-6％。 在凋亡細(xì)胞中，膜聯(lián)蛋白V-iFluor 488與磷脂酰絲氨酸結(jié)合，磷脂酰絲氨酸位于細(xì)胞膜的外部小葉上，因此導(dǎo)致染色強(qiáng)度增加。
